0254. Caroline Augusta Meader (1826 – 1905)

Caroline Augusta Meader, daughter of Stephen Baggage Meader (1799-1855) [0132] and Mary Bailey (  –  ), was born April 9, 1826 in Wells River, VT and died March 18, 1905. She married Moses Goodwin Gilpatrick and lived in West Philadelphia.

The children of Caroline Meader and Moses Gilpatrick were:
i. through iv.     All died in infancy.
v. Medora Augusta Gilpatrick, born May 4, 1848. She married John Ward Smith and had seven children.
vi. Minnie Caroline Gilpatrick, born September 20, 1856. She married Alfred Langhaus in 1881 and lived in Kentucky. They had no children.
vii. Homer Walker Gilpatrick, born September 16, 1861. He married Alice Alma Upton, born in 1867.
